Job Description Order Selector Southwest Traders, Inc. Location: 27565 Diaz Rd., Temecula Compensation Base pay range: $10.00/hr $10.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience) Schedule Sunday through Friday (Sunday start 9:00?am rest of the week 8:30?am) Four ten?hour days per week (Saturdays plus two days in the middle of the week off) Overtime mandatory Drug screen mandatory Pay Order Selector: $21$32 Responsibilities Select and itemize pallets of product according to company specifications Wrap, tag, and secure pallets properly Operate forklift equipment including electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, order pickers, turret trucks, and battery?changing machinery Sustain the standard pick?rate and fill?rate while working safely in a fast?paced environment Load pallets in accurate sequence into delivery trucks Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or handling equipment Clean warehouse, maintain temperature control, and assist in upholding the highest level of AIB standards Essential Duties Support the mission, values, and vision of the company Follow pick sheets and accurately select products within the warehouse, build pallets, safely transport to the loading dock, wrap, and tag for distribution Meet company productivity standards Observe safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, injuries, or accidents immediately, and use equipment and materials properly Perform other duties as assigned Work Experience Requirements One year previous experience in a warehouse environment as an order selector or similar capacity Previous experience operating a forklift and pallet jack required Strong attention to detail and solid mathematical skills (counting, adding, subtracting quickly) Ability to work in a fast?paced environment under pressure and meet deadlines Capability to work in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold Education Requirements High School Diploma and one year experience working in a warehouse environment Benefits 401(k) with matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule Details 10?hour shift Overtime Weekend availability Experience Preferred Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred) Order picker: 1 year (Preferred) Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full?time Job Function Distribution and Supply Chain Industries Truck Transportation Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Southwest Traders, Inc. by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
