ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Communicates with internal and client project team members.
- Works to implement solution designs and/or processes.
- Install operating systems and software in Windows and Linux environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Coordinate with security personnel to maintain system security compliance.
- Setup and maintain user accounts on systems and cloud consoles/portals.
- Monitor system performance and network communication to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to resolve them.
- Design and implement a backup and recovery policy.
- Document system architectures and user policies on internal Wiki.
- Research upcoming technologies and develop plans for implementation.
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline with Air Force/DOD experience -OR- have Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline with an additional 5+ Air Force/DOD experience.
- JIRA/Confluence experience.
- Experience with Air Force ISR units.
- Experience performing administration and support to Enterprise Project Management System.
- Experience with system administration of Windows and Linux.
- Experience supporting Air Force ISR operations.
- Experience using relevant AF systems and databases.
- Knowledge of military policies and procedures relating to information technology.
- Active TS/SCI government security clearance.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Compliant (Security +).
- Military background or familiarity with military command and control structures.
- Possess a working knowledge of the organizational interface of military, federal, state, and local agencies.
- Demonstrate time management, problem-solving skills, self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Ability to efficiently react to shifting program requirements and work in a team environment.
- Effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active DOD Top Secret with SCI Clearance.
