Recruitment Coordinator

HPMG is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator who will manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for Pacific Permanente Group's (PPG) physicians and providers. The Recruitment Coordinator will actively collaborate with PPG Leadership to identify, hire, and onboard qualified candidates to support services at Maui Memorial Medical Center and Kula Hospital. This position will require onsite coverage on the island of Maui.

JOB DUTIES

• Collaborates with leadership to develop recruitment and staffing strategies to support PPG's clinical and hospital practice.
• Proactively recruits prospective candidates; generates leads through various recruiting channels.
• Coordinates interview scheduling and recruitment activities.
• Manages provider agency contracting and accurate invoicing.
• Supports all processes required for physician start-up including licensing, credentialing, provisioning, onboarding, etc.
• Initiates and coordinates all aspects of the post-hire process and onboarding for PPG staff and locum tenens providers.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of recruitment or related HR experience
• Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is highly desired
• Excellent professional communication, interpersonal, and business acumen skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully track to multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven independent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
