Description

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated geographical area. This role involves developing strong relationships with existing clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to work independently to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

•Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
•Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize sales potential
•Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
•Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products and services
•Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
•Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts
•Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies
•Participate in team meetings and share best practices

Qualifications

•High school diploma is required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
•A consistent top performer in sales
•Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
•Prefer a minimum of 2+ years of outside sales experience
•Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
•Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must
