**Job Title: Welder & Fabricator****Job Description**As a Welder & Fabricator, you will engage in structural MIG Welding on steel beams. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, selecting and handling materials, fabricating, measuring, cutting, and welding materials together. You will also perform all layouts of materials and make necessary adjustments throughout the process. Candidates must be comfortable tackling any directed tasks and contribute to team efforts.**Hard Skills**+ Blueprint interpretation+ Fabrication+ MIG Welding+ Material handling+ Measuring and cutting**Soft Skills**+ Attention to detail+ Problem-solving+ Adaptability**Job Type**This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Harvard, Illinois.**Work Environment**The position is based in a typical fabrication shop, which can get hot during summer months; however, fans are used to aid circulation. The environment is fast-paced.
