CNC Operator

Job Store Professional is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for a temporary 6-month project. Come be part of an exciting project in Aerospace Technology. First and Second shifts available. Pay: $25-30/hrWork primarily in a CNC Machining Cell performing set-up and production functions to meet department scheduling requirements. Ideal candidate is dependable, organized, has good interpersonal skills and is a true team-player. Candidate should have an extremely positive and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.This temporary position is for a six month period. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESMachine product to meet weekly Dispatch Schedule prioritiesPerform set-ups to respective Set-Up Sheet and Process Spec instructionsAbility to proof read CNC Program fileAbility to edit G-code program file.Ability to self-inspect machined product to blueprintResponsible for preventative maintenance for CNC equipmentMust be self-motivated and able to work independently with little or no supervisionTime management as well as any last minute job requirements to meet customer needsMaintain and control lean environment and workplace organizationOther duties as requiredHOW TO SUCCEEDMinimum Requirements:High School diploma (or equivalent) 2-4 Years of related experienceBasic computer skillsAbility and willingness to learn specific processes related to metal finishing.Comfortable working with plating chemicals and the ability to adhere to proper handling techniques.This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws.As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.Meet Your RecruiterLynnette HardySenior Executive RecruiterLynnette joined Job Store in 2017.
