Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing located in Huntingdon, PA. The Director of Nursing will oversee the overall nursing function in a hospital setting, including managing nursing staff, creating policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing education/training, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

Nursing Management and Clincial Nursing skills Extensive knowledge of Infection Control and Medicine Strong clinical and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred) Current, valid RN license in Pennsylvania Certification in Nursing Management and/or Long-Term Care is a plus
