**SCOPE OF POSITION:**
Performs diversified sales entry/administrative duties to generate data pertinent to sales of products for customers or sales representatives. Possesses strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills and knowledge of organizations policies and procedures and department operations.

+ Performs sales entry/administrative duties pertaining to Order Entry and Order Maintenance in database.
+ Updates Customer Master with address updates as needed.
+ Reads correspondence from Sales Representatives to determine proper action while following department procedures.
+ Manages Jobs Entered spreadsheet report and distributes to necessary departments daily.
+ Creates job files with required paperwork.
+ Proactively reports unusual conditions or problems to Territory Sales Manager or Project Manager.
+ As needed, coordinates with other departments and technical subject matter experts to resolve issues.
+ Acts as back-up for customer service.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**
**KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:** (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)
+ High School diploma or equivalent required; plus, 3-5 years Order Entry/Sales Support experience preferred
+ Attention to detail
+ Product knowledge
+ Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written
+ Organizational and time management skills to achieve a high volume of daily activity

+ Demonstrated systems knowledge to include MS Office /Excel and other systems relevant to assigned functional area(s).
