THE OPPORTUNITIES: Licensed Mental Health Counselors - 2 openingsTHE LOCATIONS: Brooklyn or Far Rockaway, New YorkReady for a change? We have 2 excellent, full time opportunities available for Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join a private practice that provides services at assisted living facilities in Far Rockaway and Brooklyn. You will only be required to work in Brooklyn OR Far Rockaway. The focus is on providing the absolute highest level of quality care and the staff at these assisted living facilities are friendly and team oriented to work with. **Please note, if hired for Brooklyn, training will be required in Far RockawayWe are looking for LMHCs who wish to work at least 32 hours/week, preferably 40 hours/week. You can choose between salaried and fee-for-service financial arrangements and benefits include:Medical insurancePaid time off Flexible Work Schedule - choose your hours: Mondays - Fridays between 7am - 7pmNo nights, no weekends and no on-callThe flexible scheduling options allow for a work/life balance and offer the perfect complement to your professional and/or personal commitments. You can feel secure that you will have steady, consistent income with the flexibility to choose your own schedule.Clinicians are able to focus on the client care and the back-office support team handles the rest. Each clinician is responsible for the clinical care and documentation following those sessions. Once that's complete, the practice will handle all billing, collections, etc. Once you leave the facility for the day, your time is yours. No need for on-call responsibilities and no time spent wasted dealing with insurance companies.QUALIFICATIONSNYS licensed LMHCs only, pleaseExperience with adults or geriatric patients is required
