This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Treasury systems and processes, as well as general support of cash management and financing activities. They will assist with cash flow analytics, bank account management, process automation, data and systems management, and data driven financial analysis and risk assessment. Requirements include an understanding of treasury or finance, as well as project management, basic coding experience, exceptional analytical skills, and ability to articulate findings effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create systems and processes to increase efficiencies in a large scale, high-volume treasury department
  • Maintain data within a Treasury Management System
  • Analyze data related to bank accounts, cash flows and cash management, merchant fees, and bank transactions
  • Drive optimal cash flow structuring to lower costs
  • Assist in developing and implementing internal control policies and procedures
  • Review existing processes and recommend improvements
  • Troubleshoot tools supporting daily cash and capital management processes
  • Coordinate with manager & stakeholders to complete process improvement projects in a timely manner
Job Specifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive problem solving
  • Familiarity with treasury, payments, banking, or related software
  • Expertise with core data management principles
  • Experience in process improvement projects, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with various stakeholders
  • Some technical knowledge in Power BI, VBA Excel, and/or similar data visualization or coding languages
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 plus years working in Information Technology and/or Data Analytics. Commercial Real Estate, Finance, Merchant and/or Banking experience would be a plus.
  • Additional education may be substituted for work experience on a case by case basis
