Position Overview

Swipe Say Easy We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data entry tasks while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all data is accurately entered into our systems while also addressing customer inquiries and providing support via email and phone. You will play a critical role in maintaining our data integrity and supporting our customer satisfaction initiatives.

  • Generate reports on data entry activities and customer service interactions as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with data management software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
