Job Title: EHS Admin

What You'll Do:

As an EHS Admin (Environmental, Health, and Safety Administrator), you will support the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department in ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe and healthy work environment. You will assist in administrative tasks related to EHS programs and initiatives, helping to maintain documentation, coordinate training, and support compliance efforts.

Functions:

Assist in maintaining EHS documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
Coordinate EHS training programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
Support the implementation of safety initiatives and programs to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Assist in conducting safety inspections and audits, documenting findings, and tracking corrective actions.
Assist in the development and dissemination of safety communications, including newsletters, posters, and email updates.
Respond to employee inquiries and requests related to EHS issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for EHS meetings and management reviews.
Required Qualifications:

0-1 years of experience in environmental health and safety or a related field (entry-level position).
Basic understanding of EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:

Internship or coursework related to EHS or occupational health and safety.
Familiarity with EHS management systems
Certification or training in EHS-related topics
Experience with EHS software or database management systems.
