We're looking for a Marketing Assistant tojoin our Baton Rouge, LA team

The Company: Guarantee RestorationServices (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known forrestoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such asa hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc.

What you'll be responsible for as Marketing Assistant:
  • Organize and maintain collateral and giveaway items in the marketing inventory storage.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print advertising through photography and videography
  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions, both internal and external
  • Collaborate with the sales team, which includes coordinating needed inventory items as necessary
  • Coordinate conference, trade show and meeting sign-ups and travel arrangements for sales team as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other duties assigned
What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred or 4 years of equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the restoration or related industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative)
  • Hard-working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong desire to learn and excel
  • Must be reliable, dependable and drug-free
