CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER- $20,000 Sign on Bonus

Position Summary: Under the leadership of the VP of Patient Care Services and direct supervision by the Clinical Director, the Clinical Nurse Manager shares accountability and is responsible for 24/7 coordination of clinical services to meet licensing and accreditation requirements and assure delivery of safe, quality patient care in their assigned area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: human resource management, quality improvement, staff development, communication, compliance with policies, financial management.
