Ils sont habilits se dplacer dans leur espace et faire ce qui doit tre fait. Que ce soit traiter les besoins oprationnels, rpondre aux demandes des clients, prparer des rapports ou partager les points d'intrt de la rgion, les experts en Exprience client font en sorte que les clients sentent que les transactions font partie de l'exprience.

Peu importe votre poste, certaines choses sont essentielles pour russir - la cration d'un lieu de travail scuritaire, le respect des politiques et des procdures de la socit, le maintien de la confidentialit, la protection des actifs de la socit, le respect des normes de qualit et veiller ce que votre uniforme, votre apparence personnelle et vos communications soient professionnels. Le rle d'expert en Exprience client signifie tre sur vos pieds et vous dplacer (se lever, sasseoir ou marcher pendant une longue priode de temps) et mettre la main la pte dans votre travail (dplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu 10 livres (4,5 kg) sans assistance). Il est essentiel que les experts en Exprience client excutent toutes ces tches la perfection (et toute autre tche raisonnable qui leur est assigne) - ainsi, nos clients seront toujours satisfaits et notre entreprise continuera de prosprer.
