To Apply for this Job Click Here Job Title: Sr. Product Manager Payments Location: Plano, TX (onsite) Job-Type: Contract Salary Range: $60 $70/hr. Referral Fee: $1,000 Position Overview: We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager with deep expertise in payments and finance to lead the strategy, development, and execution of enterprise-wide payments products. This role will partner closely with engineering, finance, and executive stakeholders (including the CEO and Board) to drive impactful payment solutions across multiple business lines. Duties & Responsibilities: Define and own the payments product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle. Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable payment solutions. Evaluate payment technologies and contribute to build vs. buy decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, finance, product leadership, and executive teams. Communicate clearly with senior leaders, including VPs, SVPs, and the Board. Oversee reconciliations, integrations, and compliance alignment for payment systems. Drive continuous improvements and iterations post-implementation. Required Experience & Skills: 7+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on payments. Deep expertise in payment gateways, processors, reconciliations, etc. Proven ability to evaluate technical solutions and drive enterprise-level product decisions. Strong background in finance/accounting with ability to bridge business and technology. Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills. Self-starter who thrives in complex, high-visibility environments. Experience working with Oracle Financials. Employment Eligibility: Gravity cannot transfer or sponsor a work visa for this position.
