We define our ideal Clinic Support Specialist Medical Assistant by the following components-1. Maintaining the integrity of our processes is necessary to ensure the consistency of care for our patients across the organization.What You'll Do:As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our patient-centered practice by:•Assisting in patient care: Triaging, rooming patients, and assisting surgeons during consultations and procedures.•Coordinating appointments: Managing patient check-in/check-out, scheduling follow-ups, and verifying insurance benefits.•Administrative support: Scanning records, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to HIPAA and medical protocols.•Supporting clinic operations: Preparing exam rooms, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace, and floating between the front and back office as needed.What We're Looking For:Qualifications: Certified MA (CCMA, CMA, or RMA) with at least 1 year of experience. Previous experience in plastic surgery is preferred but not requiredSkills: Experience using Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams is a plus, as well as NextGen EMR, LeadingReach, and Rhinogram- we love technology Previous experience/knowledge of Obagi, Jane Iredale, and Tizo skincare products a plus.Professionalism: Strong organizational skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.Empathy and compassion: Ability to support patients through pre- and post-operative care with sensitivity and understanding.Flexibility: Willingness to travel between our Mt.
