Site Merchandise Coordinator - Pottery Barn Base pay range $25.75/hr - $28.98/hr In the Site Merchandising Coordinator role, you will work closely with a very passionate and collaborative Ecommerce team. The Site Merchandising Coordinator will provide support and coordination for the Site Merchants in specific merchandise categories. We strive for operational excellence, leveraging data and customer insights to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. Responsibilities Implement integration and merchandising of key product areas throughout the website Perform daily/weekly site testing to ensure correct presentation and product data integrity Ensure that product is set up accurately for key areas Partner with Inventory and Omni Merchants to execute seasonal deliverables Maintain pre-season deliverable tracking and coordinate cross-functional inputs Build seasonal product roadmaps executing category best practices Qualifications BA/BS preferred Previous experience in Merchandising preferred Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast pace, often-changing environment Advanced Excel skills; VLOOKUPS, pivot tables and Adobe knowledge Strong affinity for the Pottery Barn product and brand Data management, product information management, and/or retail analysis experience preferred Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions Well-organized, detail-oriented Ability to perform work onsite in the San Francisco corporate office Our Culture & Values We believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all.
