Cleaning Technician Job Description

Looking to hire cleaning technicians for full-time work, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. No nights or weekends required Will consider someone who only has certain days M-F available. Once youre trained, you have the opportunity to be self-directed and take ownership of your day.

We are seeking professional home cleaning technicians. Get Paid WEEKLY to join our team **The hourly rate is starting $14.00-$16.00/hr** depending on experience levels. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

**Requirements:**

* Must have a valid drivers license, insurance and a dependable vehicle (we reimburse mileage at $0.575/mile).

* Must have previous experience in professional cleaning services

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Phone with texting and GPS.

* Able to successfully pass a full background and reference check

* Ability to lift 30 pounds

* Speak fluent english

* Be motivated to provide excellent service every day

**Benefits:**

* Get paid weekly every Friday between $455-$620 plus customers tips.

* Get reimbursed for mileage at $0.575 per mile.

* Receive professional paid training for 1-2 weeks depending on experience levels. You need to have fun cleaning while doing it efficiently.

* After 3-6 months of successful employment, you will be eligible to receive paid time off and other benefits such as employee assistance program, meal perks, wellness program and our retirement plan.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 $16.00 per hour

**COVID-19 considerations:**

We provide all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) necessary such as face masks, gloves and hand sanitizers to reduce risk of infection. We require all employees to socially distance from our customers and between each other.
