Not only do we work hard to accomplish our goals, we also play hard to celebrate our victories We welcome the opportunity for you to become an employee-owner of DKS This position will manage and lead the delivery of transportation electrification projects, including the planning and/or design of fleet electrification, public charging infrastructure, transit electrification, workplace and residential charging, as well as the design of charging infrastructure installation. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge in multiple areas, such as: EVs (light, medium and heavy-duty) Fleet operations and planning EV charging hardware EV charging software including load management Electrical systems planning and design Bi-directional charging (Vehicle to grid integration) Electric rate tariffs LCFS/Clean Fuels credits Applicable policies and regulations ther alternative fuels (H2, LNG, CNG, etc.) Financial incentives for EVs and EVSE including grants and rebates What will you be doing? Managing electromobility projects of varying complexity including scope, schedule, budget, earned value analysis, staffing allocation, and accounts receivable Leading electromobility planning and/or design projects Overseeing the preparation of electromobility planning and design project efforts Overseeing and reviewing the preparation of final design plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for projects that may include fleet operations, EV charging hardware, electrical systems, bidirectional charging and more (preferred). Attending and leading client and project team meetings to provide project updates, resolve planning and design issues, and coordinate design elements with other disciplines Understand and educate others on applicable policies, regulations and funding opportunities such as grants and rebates. Building relationships with clients and teaming partners Mentoring junior staff in their professional growth and enhancing their skills Supporting the pursuit of new projects in partnership with our electromobility leadership team Pursuing additional professional growth opportunities in project management, business development, technical expertise, etc. Don't meet every requirement?
