The Millbrook Inn is a luxury boutique inn with a 30-seat bar and dining room, and patio in the heart of the Hudson Valley, and we are looking for a Server who is also comfortable behind the bar and to bartend to pick up weekend shifts during our summer season, and when our reservation load demands we add servers to the lineup.

Looking for someone flexible and willing to pick up Friday/Saturday dinner and Sunday brunch shifts when needed.

Summer season is also a time when we do lots of private events and buyouts, and we need shift work for that as well.

Holidays like Mother's Day, Father's Day, July 4th etc, are huge turnovers when we need to bolster our staff as well.

Would give 3-4 days notice, at least, if not more.

Servers with high-end dining experience preferred, but not required. Servers with bartending experience also a plus, but not a requirement.


Servers will need how to use an ipad to enter orders and already know or be willing to learn Lightspeed, our POS system.

Servers will have a checklist of other duties, such as polishing tableware, setting tables, cleaning floors after service, etc. as part of their shift duties.

Must be able to open a wine bottle tableside and have experience serving wine.

If not TIPS certified, will need to complete TIPS certification while under employment; we will be happy to pay for that for you.

Even as a shift worker, will earn Paid Time Off for the hours you put in.
