Job Title: Azure Data Engineer (W2 only) Location: Cincinnati, OH

Introduction: We are currently seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our innovative technology team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building and maintaining data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our data infrastructure to support business intelligence and data analytics applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable and reliable data solutions using Azure data services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, etc.). Develop and maintain ETL processes that integrate data from various sources into Azure data platforms. Ensure data quality and consistency through effective data management and governance practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive data solutions. Optimize data processes for maximum efficiency and reliability. Monitor and troubleshoot Azure data solutions to ensure optimal performance. Implement data security and compliance measures in line with organizational standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Azure data technologies and incorporate new features and capabilities into existing solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members on best practices in Azure data management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. Proficiency with Azure Data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Databricks. Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing principles. Experience with Python or Scala for data processing. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
