Z.5+ years of professional work experience in Compliance Monitoring, Quality Assurance, or Audit preferred.3-5+ years in computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages (proficient in Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA/Confluence).2-3+ years in strong project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Must be a self-starter that is proactive in proposing creative and effective solutions.Must have strong curiosity about fintech and consumer finance.Work closely and cross functionally with multiple departments (Compliance, Risk, Legal Product, etc..) while completing all adherence related activities.Responsibilities:Compliance Monitoring & Adherence is seeking a three Compliance Analyst to join its risk organization in driving critical compliance management elements.
