  • To provide general the day to day administrative function for IIB / MB(Message Broker / IBUS.
  • Expertise in Administering Performance Tuning in IBM WebSphere IIB / MB(Message Broker / IBUS.
  • To carry out regular software upgrades, ensuring that all fix packs are applied as appropriate to IBM MQ.
  • Implementing Clustering mechanism to reduce the administrative tasks.
  • Worked on Client-Server architecture for one to one and one to many connections.
  • Experience in Setting up High availability clusters and Security for WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Message Broker servers.
  • In depth understanding of IIB / MB(Message Broker / IBUS environments Security and SSL support and maintaining the certificates.
  • Strong experience installing and configuring WMQ v.7 / v.8 / v.9 on UNIX and Windows environments.
  • Coordination with other teams for installation of patches or other support related issues
  • Experience in creating MQ objects like Queue Managers, Queues, Channels, Listeners etc.
  • Experience in Installing Configuring IIB / MB(Message Broker / IBUS
  • Good at IIB v9/v10 and ACE administration
  • Exp in migrating IIB to ACE on Windows/Linux/Cloud platforms
  • Providing 24/7 Support for Production environment & act as focal for complex issues
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate designs and understand process flow
  • Good background in production support on the systems administration
  • Experience on Incident/Change/Problem management ITIL processes.
