Commercial Cleaner Position In search of a commercial cleaner to clean four nights a week. This job will be eight to twelve hours a week with opportunity for growth. Must have reliable transportation. Locations will be in the Saint Augustine area (between SR207 and World Golf Village) and will require you to drive between locations.

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday must be evenings after 6pm. Saturday (or Sunday) is the fourth day and can be at any point in the day or night. This will total on average eight to twelve hours a week to start. Flexible hours, most locations can be cleaned after 6pm.

Attendance Bonus/Incentive: Each month that you are able to work with perfect attendance, we will give you a bonus at the end of the month. $1 for each hour you worked that month. Job Position Description: This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer's buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities: Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Physical Demands and Qualifications: Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs. Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
