  • Coordinate OD/EPB related staffing, procurement and logistical documents.
  • Process time and attendance for OD/EPB staff
  • Initiate supply and service orders for OD/EPB staff
  • Process both domestic and international travel and training requests for OD/EPB staff
  • Serve as an alternate to the Branch Property Custodian
  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and papers for OD/EPB staff
  • Plan, initiate and coordinate communication with the Division to ensure timely approval and completion of actions related to the day-to-day operations of the OD/EPB
  • Perform database analysis for reporting of OD/EPB staffing, budgets, property, purchasing and travel issues
  • Provides administrative support for the inventory/property processing requisitions, reviewing and processing invoices for accuracy, scheduling deliveries and pickups, processing shipment returns, preparing reports and coordinating special projects
Provides administrative and logistical support for office and laboratory moves
