This role offers hybrid work flexibility with a minimum requirement to work on-site, in our Austin HQ, 2-3 days per week.
Role
In this role, the Supply Chain Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and execution of supply chain activities across all product lines & all locations, including inventory management, logistics & freight, and managing/troubleshooting daily customer fulfillment challenges. You will be building out new supply chain systems, processes, and tools used to manage our existing & future supply chain & will be critical in scaling the supply chain to meet the needs of the business. In addition, you will work closely with co-manufacturers, fulfillment centers & internal stakeholders to streamline & optimize various parts of the supply chain & ensure the right items are at the right place at the right time.

This position will report to the Director of Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee order fulfillment through management of external fulfillment partners.
Troubleshoot & quickly resolve day to day shipping issues at fulfillment centers.
Optimize the existing fulfillment network by maintaining relationships with partners, improving processes and ensuring scalability.
Champion fulfillment improvement initiatives and drive root cause/corrective action across the network.
Oversee logistics operations, including inbound & outbound transportation, warehousing & distribution.
Perform RFQs/RFPs for new carrier selection and onboarding.
Collaborate with planning to manage inventory levels and logistics schedules.
Support manufacturing through correspondence, coordination, and planning.
Support the tactical execution of new product & packaging rollouts.
Continuously analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement projects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
BA/BS degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering
2 - 5 years’ relevant experience in supply chain
Experience in CPG and/or the food industry a plus
Strong attention to detail & accuracy; highly organized
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced, changing environment
Strong excel skills
Strong team player with sense of ownership & pride in performance and its impact on company’s success
