Location Description

For its first ever property in the Pacific Northwest, InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts debuts a luxurious property with more than 200 guest rooms, Grand and Junior Ballrooms, lobby bar, a gym, and a dedicated concierge team.

Overview

The "Avenue Bellevue" is looking for a Public Area Attendant bfor Resident Services for the two landmark luxury Condominium Towers.

The newly constructed mixed-use project "The Avenue" consisting of 365 luxury condominium units in 2 towers several award-winning restaurant concepts, 1.000 unit parking garage and an extensive 100.000sf of luxury retail space.

Welcome to the Residential Management team of PYRAMID GLOBAL HOSPITALITY

This position would be responsible for maintening and cleaning the public area of the public areas of the resident towers. This would include:
  • Clean public and employee restrooms.
  • Anticipate and address resident's service needs.
  • Clean glass in public and employee areas.
  • Clean floor surfaces in public or employee space using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
  • Dust surfaces in assigned area.
  • Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns in public areas into proper containers.
  • Inspect condition of furniture for tears, rips, and stains and report damages.
  • Clean and maintain lights.
  • Post caution signs to limit traffic when necessary.
  • Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs.
  • Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
  • Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms to the maintenance team if needed.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $23.00/Hr. - $23.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
