Job Description Safeway Home Health Care is a growing healthcare company that strives to provide community-based mental health rehabilitative services to diverse clients in the Twin Cities Metro. We strive to address chronic behavioral health disparities in communities to produce quality clinical care that promotes emotional stability, social functioning, competencies, and quality living. We are hiring a Part-time/Full-time Mental Health Practitioner to provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) to adults with mental health illnesses with possible co-occurring diagnoses to overcome barriers, develop coping skills, engage in community activities, and live independently. The purpose of the Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) Mental Health Practitioner is to provide rehabilitative services to clients in-home and/or in the community with a mental illness, in the form of instruction, support, and skills training for the purpose of promoting basic living and social skills, community intervention, and transitioning to community living. Options Family & Behavior Services offers: Competitive wages and compensation Flexible scheduling Career growth PTO Benefit Mileage reimbursement Qualifications: This position requires one of the following requirements: Holds a high school diploma/associate degree AND 6,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness. BA/BS from an accredited college or university AND has at least 2000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness Holds a master's or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university. Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable vehicle Highly independent and ability to take self-initiative, as this position is community based and independent in nature. Schedule/Location: Part-time/Full-time, Monday-Friday Business Hours. With this role you have the flexibility to set your schedule in coordination with client's. Mental Health Practitioner will provide in-home settling services.
