  • Experience in defining ahypothesis around a steady-state and to simulate real-world events.
  • Experience in designing andexecuting the chaos experiments which will simulate real world failurescenarios
  • Experience in deriving meaningfulinsights from the experiment results and provide recommendations forimproving system resilience and reliability
  • Experience in Cloud computinglike Azure cloud, AWS or GCP
  • Experience in Microservices,Kubernetes & Docker environment
  • Experience with Terraform, Helm,Azure pipeline
  • Experience with monitoring andlogging tools (e. g. Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Integrate Chaos engineering withCI/CD process.
  • Good Communication to collaboratewith different project stakeholders (Dev, Operations, Infra & Securityteam)
