Additional Compensation Details:

  • Salary $65k-$80k Dependant on Experience
  • Potential 90-day performance-based raise
  • Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure


Responsibilities:

The Role

This position is a key position responsible for the growth of our business. The full job description will be available for review upon fiorst contact.

Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To

  • Maintain a sound working knowledge of all markets and growing conditions.
  • Make presentations of profitable programs to potential and existing customers, with the intention of growing business and maintaining strong existing relationships.
  • Notify and assist buyers, operations and sales support persons by communication of customer's needs and preferences.
  • Organize and provide assistance for special sales and promotions.
  • Responsible for individual accounts sales and gross profit.
  • Additional job duties in expanded job description.


Qualifications:

Required Experience

  • 1+ years of produce retail sales experience.
  • Must have thorough knowledge and expertise of produce commodities and be capable of providing expert consulting to current and potential customers.
  • Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal human relations and teaming skills.
  • Must be quick and accurate with paperwork, figures, attentive to detail, and have good follow-through.
  • Must have excellent phone skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Supplemental Information

Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individuals qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
