Director FP&A

LaSalle Network has partnered with a rapidly growing Digital Software company. As our client continues to innovate and drive excellence in their industry, they are seeking a highly motivated and strategic DirectorFP&A to join their finance team.

This is a fully remote position, and they are looking for a leader who will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of their company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive financial planning, analysis and reporting.

Director FP&A Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making
• Lead the annual budgeting process and work closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts, highlighting potential risks and opportunities
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis against budget and forecasts
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand business drivers and contribute to strategic initiatives
• Provide financial guidance and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Conduct special financial and business-related studies as requested by leadership
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial information and analysis

Director FP&A Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A roles, preferably within a private equity backed company, investment banking or SaaS
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience in foreign currency
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems and software (Sage Intact and Salesforce)
