Description:

As the Associate Influencer Manager, you will be a valuable member of the Brand Talent and Social Media marketing team at CELSIUS. You are responsible for assisting in strategy, campaign management & performance, and relationship-building on behalf of the CELSIUS brand. In this role, responsibilities include day-to-day communication with talent and talent management, and community engagement to ensure relationships are maintained and KPIs are met. The ideal candidate will have a pulse on trending talent in the social and influencer space with an understanding of relevant platforms to leverage across organic and paid media.

The role will report to the Senior Influencer Manager and may have (1) direct report to help manage the programs. The position will provide you with an opportunity to work cross-functionally alongside key marketing teams such as (but not limited to) Social, Events, Media, and Sports/Fitness within an accelerated brand while prioritizing the growth and success of the Influencer program.

This is an in-office, full-time position at the CELSIUS HQ in Boca Raton, Florida.

Responsibilities:

Manage event outreach to influencer and celebrity talent in support of on-site VIP activations, including list builds, invites, negotiations, contracting, content approvals, and content execution.

  • Attending select events to capture in-the-moment content to story tell on social media platforms as well as recap events & campaigns. Ensure all influencer talent at events are posting according to deliverables and are managed where needed.
  • Manage on-site VIP hospitality with influencer + celebrity attendees to ensure the most premium and seamless guest experience while effectively building relationships with partners and talent managers
  • Assist in managing 15-25 evergreen brand partners within wholistic Brand Partner Program (totaling approximately 65-90) paid influencers per month, including influencer outreach, PR gifting, fostering relationships, and building brand love.
  • Assist in research and vetting of potential new influencer talent across all social media platforms that align with the CELSIUS brand. Leverage internal analytical tools to build a case for new talent opportunities.
  • Assist in managing full-360 cycle of influencer partnerships including negotiating deliverables, working with legal on contracts, briefing talent, approving content, and reporting performance KPIs.
  • Support Senior Influencer Manager with building quarterly influencer strategies to support all social campaigns, as well as reporting and program optimization.
  • Brainstorm new strategic Gen-Z partnership deals i.e., Josh Richards, Noah Beck, Brooke Schofield, Xandra Pohl across all social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of (2-3) years of experience with demonstrated success in influencer and social media community management, community building, influencer strategies, and outreach
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Hospitality or related field
  • Must be flexible, with the ability to multi-task and frequently adjust to changing priorities and timelines in a fast-paced working environment. Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds.
  • Self-starter, constantly thinking proactively and identifying new opportunities
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Minimum 25% travel (approximately 2 travel weekends per month)
  • Experience in events and hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
