A person in this position is responsible for ensuring sales by determining customers' needs, assisting in securing necessary parts, maintaining personal and store image, and ensuring customers receive a good experience.DUTIES:Build good relationships with NAPA customers.Greet customers and demonstrate ability to quickly understand needs.Secure correct parts and resolving issues for customers.Maintain appearance of store and displays.Assist in receiving/stocking incoming merchandise.BENEFITS:Paid Time OffPaid holidaysMedicalDentalVision401 (k) matchStore discount Uniform providedQUALIFICATIONS:Valid Driver's License preferred.
