Warehouse Management System Coordinator Ryder is hiring permanent full time WMS coordinators in Hagerstown, Maryland. Warehouse positions pay weekly plus hourly pay: $23.45 per hour. Schedules available: first shift Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Various warehouse fulfillment specialist roles at Ryder support distribution across the US. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years warehouse experience Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) Working knowledge of WMS systems Forklift experience Equipment certification may be required, depending on location Important note: some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned. Responsibilities: Assist in supporting standard facility key performance indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance Create and maintain daily dock schedules Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses Work closely with operations supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports Perform other duties as required or assigned Ryder is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and drug free workplace.
