If you're ready to contribute to our mission of excellence, we invite you to apply today Responsibilities: • Prepare, collect documentation, review and close loan packages or loan files • Make certain of loan compliance for all state and federal regulations, as well as mortgage lending/ investor product and program guidelines and policies • Assemble and enter data on loan closing documents in a timely manner • Maintain and update loan calendar with active mortgage closings • Complete the preparation and transfer of lender funds for disbursement Qualifications: • Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations from origination to post-closing; as well as an understanding of loan products such as Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA are desired • 2+ years of experience of previous real estate mortgage loan processing, lending, or closing experience is preferred, experience with banking, credit unions, or financial services funding is suitable • GED or high school diploma is required, Bachelor's degree preferred • Must have MS Office experience, lending or title software, NMLS experience is a plus. • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are desired About Company: Join our family at Summit Lending At Summit Lending, we're not just another company – we're a family.
