What We Expect from You:
- Menu Mastery: Describe, recommend, and serve our 48 delicious flavors (we have over 150 recipes).
- Friendly Service: Engage with guests during busy hours, resolving questions and fulfilling requests positively.
- Cash Handling: Operate the register with confidence.
- Physical Stamina: Be on your feet, lift up to 25 lbs., and maintain cleanliness.
- Reliability: Show up on time and be part of our accountable team.
- Competitive Pay & Tips: $20/hr. starting wage + tip sharing with fellow team members.
- Fast-Paced Fun: Our efficient service means long lines and lively interactions.
- Training: Dive into ice cream tasting, flavor discussions, and comprehensive training at the counter/window.
