Our client is seeking is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented

HubSpot Administrator

to join their growing team in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This is a hybrid position requiring you to be in office 3 days per week. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring their HubSpot platform is optimized to meet the needs of the business. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges, conduct thorough analysis, and translate those needs into actionable plans for the HubSpot platform. You will also be responsible for creating clear documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date on industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their business objectives, processes, and challenges

Conduct thorough analysis to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for HubSpot-centric projects

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements

Develop process flows, use cases, and other relevant documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute insights for continuous process improvement

Recommend optimizations for business processes and systems based on analysis and feedback

Assess and learn new software platforms added to the marketing technology stack

Perform QA system and regression testing prior to HubSpot production releases

Work with business to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required

HubSpot certifications preferred (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub)

Proven track record of 2-3 years administering HubSpot, with a focus on Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub

Ability to configure and optimize HubSpot settings to align with business requirements and objectives

2-3 years of experience building advanced HubSpot workflows

Understanding of entity relationships and data modeling principles

Experience structuring and organizing data within HubSpot for efficient utilization

Basic understanding of JSON and experience making API calls

Proficiency in using project diagraming tools (e.g., Miro)

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Experience managing multiple projects and communicating updates to stakeholders

Track record of utilizing project management tools (e.g., Jira) to plan, track, and report on project progress

Ability to learn new software quickly
