Job Description
The Generalist serves as a subject matter expert on various HR topics and partners with both their manager and respective locations on a variety of HR matters. Job responsibilities include full cycle recruiting, coordinating employee engagement events, onboarding new employees, processing unemployment claims, completing employment verifications, offering local HRIS assistance, and a number of other daily duties. This position reports directly to the Regional Human Resources Manager and does allow for one day per week of remote work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources or similar field preferred
- Proficient in full cycle recruiting
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel monthly overnight to other company locations
