Receptionist Part Time Join our team at Hampden Post Acute as a Receptionist Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour. Same Day Pay Part-time opportunities available. Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm Every other weekend from 7:00am-8:00pm Rotating Schedule Responsibilities of Receptionist: Coordinate office activities and operations Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support bookkeeping Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Submit timely reports Sorting mail Any other duty to help maintain the office Assist colleagues whenever necessary Qualifications of Receptionist: Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required-NE Only Proven experience as a receptionist or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software, Excel.
