Our ideal candiate will have 5+ years of verifiable success in an automotive Finance Manager or Directorrole. What You'll Do: Work with GMsto lead Finance Managers and maximize production Audit and analyze deals forareas of success and improvement Provide metrics and share feedback with the Executive Leadership Team Ensuredepartmentcompliancewith federal and state regulations Provide initial training and ongoing education to Finance Managers Build and maintain relationships with all lenders Work as liaison

between Finance Managers and Support Team to maximize efficiency Assist withdepartmental operations and forecasting What You'll Bring:

3+ years experiencein automotive Finance Manager role

Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance procedures Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability

Expertise in negotiation, value buildingand presentation

Familiarity with vehicle title lawand registration processes

Great attitude with high personal and professional integrity

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Excellentcommunication skills

Process-oriented, goal-drivenself-motivation Availabilityto work flexible hours, including some Saturdays Willingnessto submit to background check
