Introduction to the team Within TSG, the Tangible Asset Incentive Services team helps clients manage tangible assets in a way that enhances their return. These business advisors specialize in solutions that span cost segregation studies, energy credits and incentives, fixed asset consulting and tangible property regulations. Responsibilities : Conducts onsite visits to potential clients and subject property inspections Analyzes potential projects and whether cost segregation services are appropriate Communicates project status with internal and external clientele Analyzes information and appropriately identifies technical issues Mentors and develops junior team members Presents the report and findings to clientele Assists in the hiring, training and mentoring of staff Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality Provides timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations Assists with practice development Qualifications : Bachelor's degree required; with an emphasis in construction management, engineering, accounting or related field preferred Minimum of 7 years of related experience CPA, EA, MAI, ASA, CMI, CCSP or PE designation required. If not certified, must meet educational requirements to obtain license upon hire in state of employment Experience performing cost segregation studies or related construction duties such as estimating preferred Experience within public accounting preferred Experience with the federal rules and regulations governing tax depreciation preferred Ability to identify technical issues, analyze information and report findings to the client Previous experience training and leading a successful team Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% Here, you’ll be challenged and rewarded for leadership, technical excellence, and inspired perspectives.
