Job Summary: The Dealership Head Porter at Puente Hills Mitsubishi is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the dealership's vehicle detailing and organization. This is a Full Time, individual contributor role in the Auto industry located in City of Industry, California. As a skilled labor/technician, the head porter will be responsible for ensuring the dealership's vehicles are well-maintained, presentable, and organized. The compensation for this role ranges from $3000 to $4500 per month, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dealership's detailing department Ensure all vehicles on the lot are well-maintained, clean, and presentable for potential customers Supervise and train a team of detailers to ensure high-quality work and efficient processes Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment, and order supplies as needed Perform vehicle detailing tasks as needed Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects and report them to the appropriate department Maintain a safe and clean work environment Communicate with sales and service departments to prioritize and coordinate vehicle detailing requests Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management

Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive detailing Previous supervisory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with and ability to use detailing equipment and supplies Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Must be able to work Saturdays as needed Valid driver's license and clean driving record
