OFFERING RELOCATION PACKAGE IF NEEDED* *Horizon Health* is seeking a *Program Director *to oversee the Behavioral Health Program at Titus Regional Medical Center in *Mt. The unit is an 11 bed geriatric inpatient unit. Included in these responsibilities are: 1) the development and maintenance of a high-quality treatment program; 2) the development and implementation of a comprehensive community relations program; and 3) strategic planning, program administration, and development. *Performs as liaison between Program, Hospital and Horizon; Supports Hospital and Horizon missions, goals and objectives * Provides leadership and direction in accordance with Hospital guidelines * Provides clinical supervision for Program nursing, counseling, patient support and administrative staff * Develops, in coordination with assigned VP, Clinical Practice, implements and updates all policies and procedures for the Program * In coordination with the Hospital, ensures the Program meets and maintains all federal, state, local and accrediting bodies’ regulations and standards * Develops processes to audit and coordinate ongoing education to ensure all staff are trained on proper documentation of all aspects of the patient’s care * Recruits, interviews, and selects qualified staff for the Program. * Provides for professional growth and development of staff through identification of needs, development of individual training plans and participation in training programs * Defines goals and objectives of the treatment program under the direction of hospital administration and Horizon leaders * Collaborates with medical and clinical staff in coordinating and managing the medical and psychosocial treatment plans * Assure quality of care *Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Plan * 401(K) with company match and discounted stock plan * Long and Short-term Disability * Flexible Spending Accounts; Healthcare Savings Account * Graduate Degree preferred * Experience in an acute care mental health setting Job Type: Full-time Dental insurance * Health insurance * acute care mental health: Ability to Relocate: * Greenville, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person %366253% %%project%%
