Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an

Investment Oversight

professionalthat would oversee the portfolio managed by the delegated Investment Manager.

What are the minimum requirements you need for the role?

At least 10 years of relevant experience, working in the funds industry and/or overseeing portfolios;

Experience working with Private Credit / Private Debt;

Knowledge across multiple private asset classes is a plus: Private Equity, Infrastructure, etc.;

Ideally Asset Manager or Management Company experience but not essential;

Hold a third level qualification (or equivalent).

Familiar with valuation techniques for Private Credit / Private Debt investments;

Excellent knowledge of the AIFM and UCITS legal & regulatory framework a plus;

Professional qualification in a related discipline such as CFA, CAIA or FRM a plus.

What is your role and your responsibilities?

Oversight of relationships with delegate Investment Managers;

Periodically review the portfolios against model portfolio and to ensure that the portfolio construction is compatible to achieving the investment objective;

Perform ongoing monitoring of the performance and review Fund performance against expectations;

Review any Investment Manager newsletters or factsheets;

Hosts regular calls with the Investment Manager’s investment team (covering performance, investment outlook, portfolio positioning, valuation, underwriting process, and any matters of concern);

Review Investment Manager’s commentary (to be presented in the Fund’s Financial Statements) for alignment with fund performance and portfolio positioning;

Assist with initial and ongoing due diligence of delegate Investment Managers;

Review the investment strategy, investment policies and risk profile of each fund;

Preparation and delivery of reports to Senior Management Committees, Board of Directors of Funds and Board of Directors of the Management Company.
