Необхідні навички:

— Технічна або економічна освіта; — 3+ роки професійного досвіду на аналітичній посаді; — Хороша теоретична підготовка в галузі статистики, перевірки гіпотез, багатовимірного регресійного аналізу (такі як логістична регресія); — Впевнені знання Python/R, SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL); — Досвід роботи з інструментами візуалізації даних (Tableau / Power BI); — Веб-аналітика (Google Analytics); — Знання Excel на високому рівні (зведені таблиці, підключення даних з інших джерел); — Аналітичне мислення, вміння знаходити закономірності в досліджуваних масивах даних, а також причини відхилень показників, що описують бізнес-процеси, вміти акцентувати увагу на основних причинах відхилень та коротко сформулювати висновок; — Досвід у digital marketing, розуміння принципів роботи онлайн-бізнесу, використання для аналізу основних специфічних показників; — Прогнозування даних (часові ряди, survival analysis); — Досвід роботи з сервісами хмарних обчислень (наприклад, GCP); — Знання англійської мови на рівні не нижче Intermediate.

Основні завдання:

— Побудова Business Intelligent (створення автоматизованої звітності в Tableau, розробка предиктивної аналітики, робота з інженерами даних для проектування схеми DWH і ETL процесів); — Аналіз даних з метою виявлення причин відхилення бізнес-метрик, а також для оптимізації діяльності, глибокі дослідження трендів ключових метрик; — Оцінка результатів експериментів (A/B тести) + додаткові дослідження інсайтів; — Оптимізація логіки білінгу: AR, аналіз причин відхилення транзакцій; — Маркетинговий аналіз: аналіз трендів ключових метрик; — Прогнозування фінансових результатів; — Участь у проектах з оптимізації бізнесу.
