This is more than a management role—it’s a chance to guide a talented team and make a meaningful impact in people’s lives. You’ll oversee operations, inspire your team, and ensure that every project meets our high standards and exceeds client expectations. What You’ll Do Lead and Grow Your Team : Attract, hire, and develop talented professionals who share our commitment to quality and service excellence. Financial & Operational Oversight : Manage budgets, P&L, and daily operations with precision and a focus on driving results. Ensure Regulatory Compliance : Maintain full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and enforce Our Client’s rigorous standards across all projects. Build Client Relationships : Foster long-term connections with clients, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities for business growth. Guide Quality Assurance : Supervise project managers, estimators, and other team members; perform spot checks on projects for quality; and quickly resolve client concerns. Community Engagement : Represent Our Client at industry events and in the community, creating opportunities to connect with potential clients. What You Bring Strong recruitment and team-building skills to create a high-performing, motivated team. Experience managing budgets, P&L, and other financial aspects of a business. Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local regulations in restoration services. Excellent organizational skills with a natural ability to inspire teamwork and efficiency. Top-notch communication skills to build strong connections with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Competitive Base Salary, bonus structure. Open to relocation for the right individual.
