Senior Data Engineer

Data Architect Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries across SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2. Architect and implement data warehouse solutions using dimensional modeling (facts & dimensions). Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS and Azure Data Factory; adapt to new ETL tools as needed. Develop and automate CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps and GitHub. Create and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and Tableau. Collaborate with teams to ensure data solutions align with business goals. Write robust Python scripts for data processing and automation. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing, designing, and maintaining data queries and downstream reporting functions. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining Cloud ETL(ADF), Azure DevOps workflows and data pipelines. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including advanced querying, optimization, and database management. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining visualizations and dashboards in Power BI & Tableau. Skills: Advanced SQL skills including performance tuning and query optimization. Strong understanding & working expertise of dimensional modeling and data architecture. Working experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and flexibility to learn new tools. Proficiency in Azure DevOps and GitHub; ability to build and automate workflows and pipelines from scratch. Expertise in Power BI and Tableau for data storytelling and insights. Strong Python skills for data manipulation and automation. Preferred Qualifications: Skills: Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture. Flexible and adaptable to evolving technologies and business needs. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
