This exciting new position is responsible for providing commercial and technical support to the sales team within the North American Heating business of Modine. With their primary focus being on serving our national accounts, the successful analyst will have an opportunity to materially drive sales growth with a combination of tactical actions and strategic analysis of the business. Key Responsibilities

Provide complete support to Modine National Distribution Accounts:

Regular and frequent interaction with counterparts at various large accounts. Provide all required product information to national account buying teams – including spec sheets, digital assets, and pricing. Create and maintain Customer Data sheets with up-to-date product information Support special requests to ensure needs of key accounts are satisfied.

Coordinate with engineering and operations to provide accurate and timely responses to distributor inquiries. Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers and Modine Representatives (if necessary) to provide field support as needed.

Assist with sales calls and events. Assist in the training of National Distributors

Coordinate with Product Manager to assist in the creation of any specialized data and support documentation required by National Distributor Handle National Account issues including warranty, delivery, price discrepancies and product returns Attend National Account Conferences and Trade Shows to better support National Distributors needs and business direction Serve as primary sales data analyst within North American Heating team – completing numerous reporting functions for the business and equipping the Regional Sales Managers with data-based insights into their region to drive sales actions, and business growth. Special projects as identified by the business to further improve customer relationships, make informed business decisions, and drive business growth. Required Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably technical bias or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues to a non- technical audience Proven ability to work independently and confidentially, with limited direction, and to self-proof his/her own work. Technical knowledge of HVAC equipment, especially Modine Heating products PC literate and proficient in MS products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) SAP and Power BI experience preferred. Analytical; strong in interpreting data, as well as presenting complex datasets in a manner that is easily understood by a higher-level audience. Modine is an equal opportunity employer.
