Job Description:

The Role

As a member of the Wealth Management Offering squad, the Consultant collaborates with the team and business partners to lead and support significant strategic programs by defining problem statements, conducting research and/or analysis to find opportunities, and recommending a solution that supports our offering. The Wealth Managements goal is to help millions of Americans invest towards their goals, developing an integrated plan for retirement, and feeling protected in times of need. In the role, the Consultant will be:
  • Identifying the needs and opportunities of our high-value customers
  • Leading or supporting ideation, development, and execution of new strategies, focused on quantifying and presenting the value that Wealth Management is delivering
  • Crafting strategies for testing that will offer innovative solutions that outpace the competition
  • Driving and supporting key aspects of the strategy development life cycle including case development, business requirements, and designing and implementing end-to-end customer experiences
  • Working with both internal and external business partners to optimize associate and client experiences that address the needs of our clients
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor's or equivalent with 8+ years of overall business experience and 5 years of product management or consulting experience within financial services
  • Knowledge of and experience with High Net Worth wealth management offering
  • Fidelity Wealth Services, Distribution and/or Managed Accounts experience is a plus
  • Articulating client needs in the design of products and solutions
  • Implementing metrics to aid in identifying improvement opportunities
  • Building credibility and trust with a diverse set of partners
  • Strong program management skills and ability to work on initiatives simultaneously and with multiple stakeholder groups, both internal and external to Fidelity
  • Thinking broadly about both digital and live channel experiences, as well as how unique elements fit together
  • Dedicated to cross-functional collaboration in agile, client-centric, fast paced environments

As part of Wealth Management and Retirement Offerings product area, the Wealth Management Offering squad differentiates our Wealth Management offerings and transforms our business to deepen client relationships at scale. This group ensures we bring together all our solutions and platform capabilities for a seamless, integrated Wealth Management experience.

Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
